Processing For Pre-Order Products Policy

 

BILLING POLICY

PLEASE INSURE THAT YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS IS THE SAME. IF YOU DO NOT ENTER THE SAME ADDRESS THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT THE PAYMENT WILL BE DECLINED. IF THERE IS A PENDING AMOUNT ON YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER THE TRANSACTION WAS DECLINED IT IS JUST AN AUTHORIZATION CHARGE AND WILL DROP WITHIN A FEW HOURS.

PICKUP DETAILS
After order is placed, you will receive an confirmation email from us, once order is ready for pickup you'll receive another email stating your order is ready. All information stating my business hours and location is located at the bottom of my homepage + instagram profile. Please be advised that there are no refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the products.  It’s imperative that you check your order for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting payment.

Processing + Delivery Time

Please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your order after your payment is cleared. Processing will take 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays). After  processing it will take 1-2 business days to receive your package, you will receive your tracking number on or before the 7th business day.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is different from what you purchased. If you receive a different item, please contact us at: jayceehair215@gmail.com with details of the product. Contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product(s), for eligible return.
